HB Solar Solution Mining Project (Intrepid Potash)-  Estimated Project Value:  $245 Million  Created and managed the Level 3 Master Schedule via Primavera P6 v. 7.0, for the HB Solar Solution Mining Project located in Carlsbad, New Mexico.  Maintained the schedule and reported to upper management (AMEC) on weekly and monthly status updates.  All materials specific to the HB Solution Mining Project were properly received, accounted for, and checked according to specification.  As Material Manager, materials were received, inventoried, tracked, performed quality-checks, and completed transfer-of-custody forms for the respective contractors.

UTEP Swimming & Fitness Center (UTEP)-  Estimated Project Value:  $173,783  As Project Manager, I created and implemented the landscape and irrigation schedule.  Scope of work included mainline installation, and landscaping.  I coordinated all field efforts in order to complete our scope of work for the General Contractor, VCC Construction.  This included RFI's, subcontractor's meeting, change orders, Quality Assurance, and Closeout Documentation.

Cab Hot Refuel Facility (US Government)-  Estimated Project Value:  $109,000  As Project Manager, I dealt with General Contractor Sundt Construction and Army Corps of Engineers.  Scope of work included Hydroseeding, Straw Blowing, and crimping of 14 acres of land.  This project also included Pay Applications, quality control, and material ordering.

Expansion Parcel J (US Governemnt)-  Estimated Project Value:  $727,225  As project Manager, I managed all aspects for the installation of landscape and irrigation for 49 Military Housing Units inside Fort Bliss, TX.  I coordinated with Balfour Beatty Construction, in order to complete the project on time and within budget.  Scope of work included:  Irrigation, landscape, SOD, tree, plant, and aggregate installation.

Fort Bliss IDIQ Building 746 (US Government)- Estimated Project Value:  $768,000 As project Controls, I coordinated the field operations for the construction renovation at Building 746.  This included all RFI’s, payment applications, change order processes, and site visits.  This project included steel erection, Crane installation, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, tile work, and cement work.

Quail Park Office Condominiums (Karam Co.)- Estimated Project Value:  $787,000 Throughout this project I coordinated with all the subcontractors in efforts to work simultaneously, to install utility infrastructure.  This utility infrastructure included:  waterline installation, storm drain installation, sewage installation, electrical, gas line installation, curb & gutter, irrigation, grading, and paving.

El Paso County 911 Call Center (City of El Paso)- Estimated Project Value:  $86,000  As project controls I was able to communicate with department heads and subcontractors to complete the project on-time.  This project included:  wall erection, texture & paint, electrical, carpet installation, doors & hardware, and mechanical/HVAC.

Estimated Project Value:  $60,000- As a Superintendent, I coordinated the renovation of an open area into a full size classroom.  This included the installation of studwork, drywall, painting, electrical, re-routing of CAT-5e cable, and doors & hardware.  This also included the addition of an open area into an administrative office.  This included carpentry, electrical, glass & glazing, doors & hardware, and drywall installation.  Throughout the project, I submitted necessary documents including submittals, as-builts, and maintained communication with Texas Tech officials.

Texas Tech University Health Science Center- Lobbies and Hallways

Estimated Project Value:  $550,000- The scope of work included providing new walls throughout the entire lobby and hallway area.  We demolished carpeting and added 2’X2’ tiling throughout.  We added a fabricated hand rail along the hallway walls.

Texas Tech University School of Medicine- Medical Science Building 1(MSB1)

Estimated Project Value:  $130,000- Modified (3) three air handlers by treating the water, adding demister pads and frames, and modifying the boilers to a lead-lag system.  This project cut Texas Tech’s energy costs in half.
